Simply put, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an acupuncture-like approach to releasing our negative emotions and the undesired responses to them.
According to EFT founder Gary Craig – “The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.”
So, all negative emotions - fears, phobias, anger, grief, anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, PTSD, worry, guilt, and limiting emotions in sport, business and performing arts are caused by the same thing – a disruption in the energy system.
The good news is…
All negative emotions can be relieved in a similar manner.
Tapping on specific acupuncture points while focusing attention on negative emotions releases the "charge" of it and rebalances the energy flow.

What Can I Expect?
You can expect a confidential session that will be guided by Donna Coulter an accredited and certified EFT Practitioner. Donna will teach you to use your own hands to practice EFT on yourself, while guiding you through the emotions that you will be working through. You will be in control of your own body and hands at all times and given instruction both verbally and visually. Donna will perform on herself the same techniques that you will try in order to best demonstrate the proper technique. Everyone has a different experience, so it is difficult to predict what you will experience. Please contact Donna directly to go over any further questions you may have.
Will The Effects Last?
Clients typically notice immediate changes. They also notice subtle changes in how they react to previously difficult situations. Complex or long standing issues, limiting beliefs, pain, traumas etc. will likely require several sessions to work out the various aspects related to the concern. Once the root cause has been neutralized, the memory remains but the “charge” is gone.
